Join me for the Weekend Wind Down to dust off the week and step lightly into the weekend. Wind Down and release your week with me on Friday evening with guided restorative movement, breathing techniques and energy techniques to reduce the stress response and help you relax into your weekend.
All bookings are made via the booking system and will be done Live on Zoom. If you have not joined a class or worked with Nat at My Bodyworks in a 1-2-1 capacity before, please fill in the short PAR-Q form at the time of booking. This helps to ensure that you are physically fit to do the class. After completing your booking you will receive a confirmation email via the booking system – please save this email you will need to access the Zoom link to join the class.

Please note that the class will begin promptly at the advertised time. Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early so you are all set to go! The Zoom Room will be open from 10 minutes before class for you to sign in and ask any questions before we begin.
